FINDING FREEDOM

To feel whole and peaceful

FINDING FREEDOM

To be joyful and playful

FINDING FREEDOM

To love fully and deeply

FINDING FREEDOM

To unite in solidarity

FINDING FREEDOM

To be unapologetically you

FINDING FREEDOM

To laugh or cry together

You can have more FREEDOM in your life and relationships.

Let’s talk about what matters most to you.

Do you worry that you’re:

  • Barely keeping it together and afraid of falling apart?

  • A fraud or impostor because you have to hide parts of yourself to belong?

  • Unworthy or undeserving even though you long for deep connection?

  • Not good enough no matter how hard you try?

  • Never going to be fully seen and understood even by those closest to you?

It can be so isolating, but

you don’t have to go through this alone.

Imagine what it would be like to:

  • Have fulfilling relationships that support, nourish, and inspire you.

  • Be true to yourself and feel confident and at ease.

  • Feel engaged and alive.

  • Love your life!

Who I work with

I offer individual therapy and couples therapy. I specialize in supporting high performers who struggle to find belonging, including:

  • Asian Americans and other Asian diaspora

  • POC (people of color)

  • Multiracial people

  • LGBTQIA, non-binary, and gender expansive folx

  • Internationals or immigrants

  • Neurodivergent people (ADHD, autistic, gifted)

  • Polyamorous, kink, or alternative relationships

As a queer femme POC, I formerly worked as a design and engineering consultant. I know how hard it is to fit in, when who you are intersects with multiple worlds and ways of being. I work especially well with people in tech, law, healthcare, or other demanding careers.

If you're wondering if you belong here - yes, you do!

I welcome people of all identities and backgrounds, including those who are marginalized, people who present as normies, and cis/het/white allies.

I help people manifest meaningful work, personal wellbeing, and fulfilling relationships. Let's talk about how I can support you.

Jess is a powerful advocate for LGBTQ and POC communities and has left a legacy improving diversity, equity, and inclusion at our workplace. As a therapist, Jess is able to hold the multiple identities and experiences of clients with a great deal of compassion, warmth, and care. Anyone looking for a therapist who combines passion for social justice with healing would love to work with Jess!

Let's connect

I offer online sessions Tuesdays to Thursdays 8am-5pm. If our schedules align, I'd be happy to offer you a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation. This would be a chance for us to talk a bit about what you're experiencing, and how I can offer support.
